The children’s ombudsman Paul Astakhov intends to visit Bashkiria

The ombudsman for children’s rights under the President of Russia will pay a work visit to Bashkortostan on October 20. It is expected the children’s ombudsman will have a meeting with the President RB Rustem Khamitov and will visit several education and health protection institutions. In particular, the ombudsman intends to visit the Bashkir Republican children’s home N1, the special correctional children’s home N2, the Ufa’s psychological, medical and social center “Indigo” and the Republican children’s clinical hospital, where he acquaints himself with work of the cochlear implantation center. Besides, the ombudsman will hold a conference with the heads of the Republican law-enforcement bodies, ministries and departments. At the end of the visit the ombudsman will hold the press-conference with the Republican journalists.
