The teacher from Sterlitamac is found in the Top 15 of the best pedagogues at the contest “Teacher of the Year of Russia”

The teacher of junior classes from the secondary school N26 in the city of Sterlitamac Elena Kuzmina is included into the list of 15 laureates of the all-Russian contest “The Teacher of the Year of Russia”, held in Magnitogorsk.

76 pedagogues from different regions of the country have taken part in the first stage of the competition, holding lessons and talks to parents and pupils. The jury has chosen 15 teachers, worthy to continue their struggle at the second stage.

On Thursday, September 30, every laureate has to introduce his own master-class – the first task of the second stage. After that the competitors will take part in the “Open Discussion”.

Only five participants will reach the third stage and “The round table of educational analysts” is waiting for them. The winner will be defined by the results of this conference.

October 5 is the culmination of the teacher’s festival. The winner of the “Big Crystal Pelican” will be traditionally announced in the International Teacher’s Day at the solemn gathering of the representatives of the pedagogical community of the country in Moscow.
