New efficient preparation of Ufa’s microbiologists is presented in Moscow

The conference “Modern approaches in treatment of bacterial infections – the questions of rational antibacterial therapy” has taken place in Moscow, in the Central House of scientists under the Russian Academy of sciences and leading specialists of Russian Ministry of health protection and social development, the federal state unitary enterprise “NPO MCROGEN”, the Central Scientific and Research Institute of epidemiology under the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights, the Moscow Medical Academy by I. Setchenov and other scientific institutions have taken part in it.

The Professor, the head of the preparations workshop of the Ufa’s enterprise “IMMUNOPREPARAT” Natalie Voroshilova has made the report “Designing of the preparation of the bacteriophage “ENTEROBACTER”.

According to her the pyoinflammatory diseases, caused by the ENTEROBACTER bacteria, are widely spread and about three million people suffer from such diseases in Russia and CIS.

For the first time in the world practice “IMMUNOPREPARAT” designed the preparation – the bacteriophage “ENTEROBACTER”. The clinical tests of the preparation have successfully passed in Moscow and Bashkortostan. It is determined that the preparation, designed by the group of medics, headed by the doctor of medical science Natalie Voroshilova, exceeds the majority of well-known antibiotics by its antibacterial activity with respect to the cultures of “ENTEROBACTER” bacteria. The technology of the preparation’s production is protected by three patents of Russian Federation.

As a result of the investigations, made by the Bashkir scientists, the highly efficient industrial technologies for cultivation of the bacteriophages ENTEROBACTER and their treatment were designed at the plant “IMMUNOPREPARAT”. In 2011 after receiving the permissive documents the plant may start the mass production of this highly demanded bio-medicine.
