One may receive a foreign passport without queues

Registration of foreign passports remains the most popular e-service in the Federal Migration Service Dept in Bashkortostan, as its press-service reported. 1400 citizens have already made use of this service from the moment of its launching. The majority of them prefer the passports of a new generation – the so-called bio-passports.

In order to receive the bio-passport one has to visit this institution two twice: for the first time – in order to introduce the originals of the documents and to be photographed (the special equipment is installed only in the offices of the Federal Migration Service) and for the second time – in order to seize the document. The main thing is that there is no need for the people, introducing their applications through internet, to stand in the queues: they are served out of turn and during their visits.

Thanks to internet one may change the Russian passport, be registered and receive necessary information. For that one has to enter the internet-portal www.gosuslugi.ru, register oneself and input the personal data. This data will be checked and the results of this check will be sent to the recipient with the help of SMS and to the e-mail address. After that the person receives the access password – it is sent by the ordinary mail.
