Race-car-driving environmentalist visited Bashkortostan

The motorcade of participants of the Zero Race rally has come to Ufa to the Salaval Yulaev Square today. The motorists has an ambitious goal that is to cover 30 000 kilometres for eighty days. The participants of the round-the-world rally drive in special test cars that are not introduced into production yet. The team headed by the Swiss sportsman Louis Palmer includes 12 drivers.
The race started in Switzerland. It will visit Germany, Austria, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Canada, the USA, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, France and end in Switzerland again.
The Zero Race has an important aim: the motorists are active environmentalists and urge people to take interest in electric cars running on renewable energies.
After their visit to Ufa, the racing drivers will head for Chelyabinsk region.
