Mobile telecoms operators have to supply information about their clients to bailiffs

The federal law “The Bailiffs” has been recently altered. Now all organizations, officials and ordinary citizens have to supply personal information by the request of the bailiffs.
“It often happened earlier that people refused to supply personal information to our bailiffs” – the head of the press-service of the Federal Bailiff Service Dept in RB Sergey Spatar comments the situation- “And, sure, it was one of the obstacles in our work. For instance, the mobile telecoms operators often disputed the activity of the bailiffs. Now the justice triumphs and our officers receive the information about the debtors, refusing to pay alimony voluntarily”.
