The traditional Horse Festival will take place in Ufa

The Horse Festival will take place in the Republican Hippotherapy Center on August 29. The festival is dated to the Day of the Saints Florus and Laurus - the patrons of horses – which was always celebrated in Russia at the end of summer.

The director of the Hippotherapy Center Natalie Nikitina reports this traditional annual holiday will be celebrated in Bashkortostan for already the fourth time. Earlier it was held only for the children with the restricted health abilities. Now all people, wishing to join it, are welcomed. The festival’s program includes the art exhibition “Horses in Art”, various courses and even the chivalrous tournament. All comers may go horseback riding.
