Ufa’s schools will receive HS internet free

JSC “UFANET” will provide the educational institutions RB, attached to the company within the frames of the national project “Education”, with the high-speed access to internet beginning from September 1. According to the decree of the President RB Rustem Khamitov the access speed has to be at least 1MB/ sec. At present time the company provides 67 schools of Ufa with HS internet and ready to provide all other schools in the capital RB with internet access at a speed at least 1 Mb/sec free.

“The company possesses enough resources on the capacity of the communication channels to provide the schools with free internet access beginning already from September 1 – for the whole school year up to the next summer” – the General Director of JSC “UFANET” Iskandar Bakhtiarov says – “At the present stage in development of the education system this access speed will be quite enough to solve all educational aims”.

At the same time the JSC “UFANET” will provide the schools of Ufa with the internal communication channel for making the universal local network between the schools at a speed up to 10MB/sec.
