The Reagan-Fascel’s grant program starts acceptance of applications from the fighters for human rights
The grant program by Reagan-Fascel, organized by the National Democracy Support Organization (the USA) accepts the claims for receiving the grants in 2010-2011.
Within the frames of the program the active participants of the political life in their countries, fighters for human rights, journalists and political scientists receive the chance to deepen their knowledge of the democratization processes, contributing to the political changes in their countries.
The knowledge of English language is a necessary term for obtaining the grant. Two five-month sessions will be held within the frames of the program.
The applications are accepted on the site: http://fellowships.ned.org.
