Birth rate is going on growing and death rate - falling in Bashkortostan

The demographic development of the Republic in 2010 is marked with the rise of the birth rate by 3,1% and with lowering of the death rate by 3%. For the first six months the natality in Bashkortostan made up 3,5 ppm, the active Minister of health protection RB Andre Evsukov reported today.
According to him they observe the reduction of the indices of the death rate from traffic accidents by 11,3%, from the blood circulation diseases by 16,8%, from new growths – by 11,8% and from tuberculosis – by 2%. The overall population sickness rate dropped by 0,3%.
At the same time the HIV sickness rate still grows up. The rates of drug addiction, toxic mania, sex infections and alcoholism go down too.
Andre Evsukov stated that in the future the organization of the emergency medical care in case of the diseases and traumas, responsible for formation of high levels of death rate (stroke, infarction, oncology, traumas and poisoning) would be regarded as of paramount importance.
“Special attention will be paid to organization and equipping of the inter-municipal specialized medical centers. We intend to open the inter-municipal centers on cardiovascular and oncological diseases and on traumas and to supply these centers with the newest medical equipment” – Andre Evsukov stated.
