The 79th Tuebibgen ophthalmologic courses to be held in Ufa

On June 25-26, Ufa Research Institute of Eye Diseases of the RB Academy of Sciences will host the 79th Tuebinben ophthalmologic courses.

In the course of two days, doctors from Russia, Germany, Great Britain and Japan will discuss the problems of treatment of retinal detachment. The regular organizer of the courses, the German professor Ingrid Kressig first held such international forum 21 years ago in Tuebingen, one of the university cities of Germany. Since then the Tuebingen courses are organized 4-8 times annually all over the world and are very popular among ophthalmologists. Ufa already hosted the 61st courses two years ago.

The director of Ufa Research Institute of Eye Diseases Muharram Bikbov will moderate the courses together with Ingrid Kressig.

Ophthalmosurgeons will work in the operating rooms of Ufa Research Institute of Eye Diseases equipped with video facilities and share the experience of performing operations according to the latest procedures with their colleagues.
