The All-Russian School of Urologists is organized in Ufa

The All-Russian School of Urologists is opened in Ufa.

During the three days of its work, doctors will see 21 high-technology operations and listen to more than ten lections on treatment of oncourological diseases. Medics from all over republic, Yekaterinburg, Perm, Orenburg and other cities have come for training.

"The Ministry of Health, Medical University and Republic's Clinical Hospital organized this School, because we had both desire and opportunities," Professor Valentine Pavlov, the holder of chair of urology of the Bashkir State Medical University, told. "Financial investments of the last years let us create the base of the highest European level. At the same time, we must move on, and today world-class surgeons work in our operating rooms and on our equipment. They perform routine operations and demonstrate new methods."

Owing to video broadcasting, all participants of the School could observe the work of luminaries in medicine. Those doctors, who knew the subject, commented on the wok of their colleagues.

Today doctors also listened to a number of lections directly connected with the morning operations.
