Tatiana Chugunova: “Social Card RB” will help to solve the problems at the federal level”

The project “Social Card RB” was presented today in Moscow to the representatives of the Central Bank of Russia, headed by the deputy Chairman of the Central Bank RF Tatiana Chugunova, by the Ministry of finances RB jointly with the bank “URALSIB”.

Within the frames of the presentation the functional abilities of the project were introduced. The federal bills “Introduction of state and municipal services” and “The national pay-system” were also discussed during the presentation. The main clauses of these bills are tested now within the frames of the pilot project on introduction of e-services with the usage of plastic cards on the territory of three Russian regions: Astrakhan, Bashkortostan and Tatarstan in accordance with the instructions of the Chairman of the Russian Government Vladimir Putin.

The experiment presumes organization of rendering of state and municipal services in electronic format with the usage of the universal e-card on the territory of all three regions and elaboration of the packet of documents, aimed at the establishment of common principles and approaches in rendering of state and municipal e-services with the usage of electronic cards on the whole territory of Russian Federation.

Summing up the totals of the meeting Tatiana Chugunova has mentioned that “the Bashkir variant is different from the projects of other regions with its attractiveness and variety, it is quite able to solve the aims on the all-national scale. Today we’ve made certain that the project”Social Card RB” can solve the problems, concerned with the solution of all these questions at the federal level”.
