Forest and Garden Month started in Bashkortostan

The Forest and Garden Month has started in Bashkortostan. It will be held by administrations of cities and regions of the republic. Students of educational institutions will also take an active part in it, as this ecological action has not only ecological but also educative meaning.

Cleaning and beautification of park belts, planting of trees and greenery in residential places and many other activities are planned within the framework of the action.

According to Marat Kabirov, the head of reforestation and safeguarding foresting department of the RB Ministry of Forestry, great work on reforestation is to be done during this month. The holders of the forest plots must play a special role in it.

The Forest and Garden Month will end in May.
