The best teacher of Bashkir language and literature is chosen in Ufa

Opening of the interregional contest “The Teacher of Bashkir language and literature-2010” took place today at the Bashkir Republican gymnasium by Rami Garipov. The pedagogical forum gathered 63 participants from Bashkir regions and towns and also from Orenburg, Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions.

“The contest program is built up in such a way as to demonstrate both the skills of the participants and the interest of schools” – the jury chairman, Professor Alfis Gayazov said – “The jury will lay the highest emphasis on a lesson since this is the main form of work for a teacher. Today every school possesses its own concept of the subject teaching, which has both the educational and the pedagogical aims. These concepts are of high value and entertained by the jury. The master-class or lesson is the form of work, which demonstrates the ability of a teacher to share his experience. The theoretical tests are included into the program too in order to find out the level of Bashkir language mastering”.

In opinion of the organizers the contest “Teacher of Bashkir language and literature” is an incentive for a teacher because it gives the teachers a push for further professional self-development and allows raising the quality of the teacher’s work and demonstrating the achievements of the Republican pedagogues at the all-Russian level.

It should be noted the young teacher from the Ufa school N141 Gulnaz Mukhamedianova has won not just the contest “Teacher of Bashkir language and literature-2009” but the all-Russian contest of the teachers of native languages in Moscow.
