Rail Sarbaev: high-tech medicine will become available for seriously ill people from other regions

The Government RB purchased the helicopter for the needs of the Republican sanitary aviation. On March 11 the first route on the sanitary aviation program has been made. The patient with heart attack was transported to Ufa from the settlement of Davlekanovo.

As the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev reported earlier, the helicopter BK-117 fully meets the European small aviation standards and used in Germany as a basic model for air medicine.

“Thanks to this gain the high-tech medicine will become available for seriously ill people from other regions and this is one more step in development of the Republican small aviation” – he said.

The helicopter BK-117, made in Germany, possesses the range ability 550 kilometers and thus is able to cover the major part of the Republic. The helicopter’s cabin, originally designed for transportation of seriously ill non-transportable patients, has eight configurations for placement of specials equipment, patients and accompanying medical personnel.
