Faizi Gaskarov Dance Company to go on the next tour

The State Academic Faizi Gaskarov Folk Dance Company is preparing for the next tour devoted to the 70th anniversary of the group. In the beginning of the next month, the Company will go throughout towns and villages of our republic and Chelyabinsk region with the concerts. Within the framework of the tour, the Company will also take part in the Orenburg Shawl All-Russia Folk Art Festival, which will take place on March 10 in Orenburg Regional Philharmonic Society.

According to the Company's deputy director Radik Sharafutdinov, the dancers will visit such Bashkir cities and villages as Beloretsk, Uchaly, Sibay, Baimak, Kumertau, Askarovo, Isyangulovo and Miass in Chelyabinsk region. The audience will see the anniversary program that includes the best numbers representing the culture of multinational Bashkortostan and the whole world. Such popular choreographic compositions as "The Bashkir Old Dance with Buckets", "The Tamers", "The Mowers", "Seven Girls", "The Blooming Land" and also Moldavian, Tatar, Russian, Kalmyc and Byelorussian dances.

It should be mentioned that the Gaskarov Dance Company already organized the anniversary tour throughout Russian cities in the end of the last year. The audience in Moscow, Samara and Kazan was able to see the jubilee program at that time.

"The present tour can be considered the continuation of the anniversary performances," Radik Sharafutdinov says.
