Russia will celebrate the 200th anniversary of the victory in the Patriotic War in two years

In two years Russia will celebrate the 200th anniversary of the victory in the Patriotic War 1812 and this historical date will be marked all over the country in accordance with the Presidential decree “Celebration of the 200th anniversary of Russia’s victory in the Patriotic War 1812”.

On this occasion thematic disputes, “round tables”, meetings and other actions, devoted to this date, will be held at the educational institutions, children’s music schools, teenager and patriotic clubs of Ufa. Besides, contests of narrators, poets and numerous art exhibitions will be opened.

Along with the abovementioned arrangements the excursions over the places, where the Bashkir cavalry divisions “The Northern Amours” had been once formed, will be organized for the pupils and students. Jointly with the Republican and city archives and local museums it is also planned to organize the search for the offspring of the Bashkir warriors – participants of the Patriotic War 1812.
