Young scientists of Volga federal district will gather in Ufa again

The meeting of the Russian Young Scientists Volga federal district Union will take place in Ufa at the end of March – the beginning of April next year and this arrangement will be held within the frames of the X jubilee specialized exhibition “Education, Science, Career-2010” with participation of the heads of the Union’s regional divisions and chairmen of young scientists’ councils at higher education institutions.

“The problems of attracting talented youth to scientific and research activity and reproduction of manpower in scientific and educational sphere will become the main themes, offered for discussion” – the chairman of the Young Scientists Union in RB Airat Nazyrov reports – “Nonetheless the problems of the rise of innovational activity and academic mobility among young researchers also don’t loose actuality”.

The young scientists from Volga federal district will gather in Ufa for the second time. The First Forum of young scientists has taken place in Ufa on May 13-15 under the sign of the Year for support and development of youth initiatives, announced in Republic of Bashkortostan. The action was supported by the Machinery of the Plenipotentiary of Russian President in Volga federal district, the Federal Youth Affairs Agency and by the Government of Bashkortostan. According to M-r Nazyrov this forum has become the largest and the most resulting action in 2009. It helped to disclose the most urgent problems and to indicate the ways for their solution. The forthcoming gathering promises to become as important as the previous one.
