Vocal contest by Gaziz Almukhametov started in Ufa

Open Republican vocal contest by Gaziz Almukhametov, devoted to the Year for support and development of youth initiatives in RB, started in Ufa, the Bashkir State Philharmonic Society. The contest is initiated by Ministry of culture and national politics RB and by the Union of Composers RB. 26 vocalists will take part in the competition.

Traditionally the contest is meant for the singers, having special vocal education and the students of vocal departments at secondary special and higher education institutions, aged between 18 and 35, not just from our Republic but also from nearby regions.

The gala-show with participation of the winners will take place on December 18 in the Organ Hall of the Bashkir State Philharmonic Society.
