First consignment of A/H1/N1 flu vaccine arrived in Bashkortostan

Pandeflu, an A/H1/N1 flu vaccine, arrived in Bashkortostan. The first consignment of 129 thousand doses is already distributes among medical institutions of the region. According to the Directorate of the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights for the RB, top priority in vaccination will be given to healthcare workers, social and educational workers, students of the Bashkir State Medical University.

The next delivery of the vaccine for immunization of children and teenagers is expected after December 10 of the current year.

Meanwhile the vaccination against seasonal flu in Bashkortostan is coming to the end. As of December 4, the total number of the vaccinated people comes to 1,157,055. It is 28.55% of the republican population.
