The first in Russia monument to land-surveyor will be installed in Ufa

The first in Russia monument to land-surveyor will appear in Ufa in front of the State Registration Service House. It will be installed on Saturday, November 14.

Erection of the monument is initiated by the Republican planners, cadastral engineers and by the federal state institution “The Land Cadastral Chamber RB” with the purpose to preserve the historical memory about hard labor of land-surveyors.

There is the opinion that the profession of land-surveyor is one of the oldest in the world because land is considered one of the eternal values and the foundation of life of every human being.

Solemn opening of the monument will take place at 10 o’clock.
