The strategic task is set forth before Russia – to become new, powerful, free and high-tech country, the President of the Academy of sciences RB Airat Shammazov said.

“In the annual Message to the Russian Federal Assembly President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev determined the strategic guidelines for economic modernization of the country and in our opinion the introduction of the newest medical, power-engineering and information technologies, development of satellite and telecommunication systems and radical increase of power efficiency can really become these vectors and science and innovational technologies, education and health of nation are the foundation of all these reforms”.
