The 2009 Legal Professional Contest is being held in Bashkortostan

The 2009 Legal Professional Contest is being held in Bashkortostan. The aim of the contest is to enhance the status and prestige of the profession, to raise professionalism in the legal community and to reveal highly skilled specialists.

The contest is held with the assistance of Ministry of Justice RB. Its organizers are Respect Law Company and the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies.

The categories of the contest are "Criminal law" and "Criminal procedure", "Civil law" and "Civil procedure".

According to the organizers, there has already been an extramural stage of the contest. The second (live) round will take place on December 19 in computer classrooms of the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies. It will be held in the form of tests and public speaking (an essay).
