Problems of family arrangement of orphaned children will be discussed in Ufa

The first open research and practise conference devoted to "Problems of family arrangement of orphaned children and children without parental care" will start its work on September 30 in Ufa. Its organizers are Guardianship and wardship department of Ufa administration together with the national fund of protection of children fr om inhuman treatment, the centre of psychological medical and social support "Family" and the Ufa branch of financial and humanitarian academy.

The participants of the forum are representatives of state authorities RF and RB, local authorities, public organizations, experts in the sphere of family arrangement of orphaned children and children without parental care from Moscow and St. Petersburg, specialists from guardianship and wardship authorities, from health and educational institutions, Internal Affairs Directorate and others. They will discuss the most urgent problems of social orphanhood, protection of rights of orphaned children and children without parental care. Besides, the participants will consider Russian and foreign approaches to family arrangement of orphaned children, modern innovative methods of prevention, rehabilitation and adjustment of social orphans and families in a difficult life situation.

Work of sessions and master classes will be organized within the framework of the conference. The participants will also visit the Bashkir republican children's home N1 n.a. Shagit Khudaiberdin, wh ere the annual city contest of guardians and foster parents "The best foster family of the capital of Bashkortostan-2009" will take place.
