Photo exhibition celebrating Jewish New Year opened in Ufa

A photo exhibition of Maja Levinson "Jewish Ufa" has opened in the Gallery of folk art "Ural". The most part of represented works is a chronicle of the Jewish public organization "Kohav" RB and Ufa itself. Year by year the old houses and streets become things of the past, the look of old Ufa vanishes from the memory of its residents. But in the works of Maja Levinson all these buildings and architectural forms are still alive.

The holding of the exhibition is timed to the celebration of Rosh Hashanah - New Year according to Jewish calendar.
