"Bread holiday" in Sterlitamak was devoted to 100-th anniversary of JSC "Sterlitamak bread-baking complex"

A grand "Bread holiday" took place in Sterlitamak. It was devoted to 100-th anniversary of commercial bread baking in this city. Chairman of the State Duma Committee for Regulation and organization of work Spartak Akhmetov, first deputy minister of agriculture RB Nikolai Kovalenko, head of Sterlitamak administration Vakhit Abdrakhimov, representatives of administrations of Strelitamak region came to congratulate the employees of JSC "Sterlitamak bread-baking complex" on the centenary.

One could see an impressive spectacle on the square in front of the City palace of culture. Residents and guests of the city got acquainted with history of bread baking and even had an opportunity to merge into peasant way of life visiting a corner with pieces of the company's museum. On the stage, the best creative teams demonstrated their talent and inspiration; veterans, whose long service is connected with history of the complex, were honoured; the winners of literary contest "Write about bread" were awarded with prizes and presents; anniversary books "Bread and people" were presented to city schools. On the square, entertainers glorified bakers and suggested tasting newly baked bread, cakes, biscuits, crackers, waffles. To children's joy, there were plenty of these delicious things on tasting tables. The complex's technologists presented their new products, which could not only be tasted, but also bought.
