The memory of the deceased in catastrophe near ULU-TELYAK will be revered today

The train “Memory” will leave from Ufa railway station for the station “ULU-TELYAK” today. 20 years ago in the tragic night on June 3-4, 1989, powerful gas explosion near the railway station ULU-TELYAK had entailed the unprecedented crash of two passenger trains with numerous victims among travellers.

The funeral rites, devoted to the 20th anniversary of the tragedy, will be held on the 1710th kilometer of the stage ULU-TELYAK-ASHA. The passengers of the doleful train are the relatives of the victims and liquidators of that horrible catastrophe: railway workers, policemen, military pilots and local residents. The civil funeral rites with participation of Christian and Muslim priests will take place near the monument to the deceased, the PR-service of Kuybishev railroad reports.
