Young people to discuss issues of Russian federalism at BSU

Regional scientific-practical conference “Russian federalism: history and up-to-dateness” will be held at Bashkir State University on April 17. The forum will be devoted to the 100th anniversary of Bashkir State University and to the 90th anniversary of signing the Agreement between the Central Soviet authority and Bashkir Government about Soviet autonomy of Bashkiria. Students will discuss actual issues of history of federalism in Russia, political-legal basics and economic aspects of federalism, its theoretical and philosophical comprehension and the role of the Agreement in formation and development of federalism in Russia.
