Head of Bashkiria summed up results of "Kitap-bairam" book fair
The IV International Book Fair "Kitap-bairam", which lasted three days, concluded in the Republic of Bashkortostan the day before. The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, dedicated a post on his social media page to the event.
"Read books, be happy," wrote the Head of the region, and thanked everyone who made the festival of books take place.
Among them, the Head of the republic named all the organizers and participants, book publishers from the regions of Russia and from abroad, honorary guests, and, of course, readers — residents of the republic and everyone who came to Ufa these days.
"The main goal of 'Kitap-bairam' remains unchanged — to instill a love for books in children and adults," noted Radiy Khabirov. "I hope we managed to achieve it this time as well. Good luck to everyone! And see you on Sovetskaya Square!"
