Head of Bashkortostan participated in commission on minors' affairs

The discussion included the heads of relevant ministries, agencies, and municipalities, as well as representatives from the education system, law enforcement, and oversight bodies.

The main topic of discussion was safety in educational institutions, as well as the incident that occurred at Ufa Gymnasium No. 16, where a ninth-grader attacked a teacher and students.

Radiy Khabirov emphasized the need to prevent similar situations, primarily by promptly identifying conflicts in the school environment.

"Until we stop covering up bullying, we will not restore order. If instances of pressure on children are confirmed and lead to serious consequences, the heads of educational institutions must also bear responsibility," the head of the republic emphasized. The head of Bashkortostan ordered an audit of schools for bullying, strengthened psychological services in educational institutions, and developed clear, mandatory emergency response procedures for teachers and school administrators.
