Igor Komarov presented Order to Bashkir parliament speaker
Igor Komarov, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Volga Federal District, presented Konstantin Tolkachev with the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland."
During a working visit to Kazan to attend a meeting of the Volga Federal District Legislative Council, Konstantin Tolkachev, Speaker of the Bashkir Parliament, was awarded the high state award.
Igor Komarov ceremoniously presented him with the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland," 4th Class. The award ceremony took place during a meeting of the Volga Federal District Legislative Council.
The award was conferred by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin for his significant role in active legislative work and many years of conscientious service to the state.
