Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that "Russia has no intention of going to war with Europe, but if Europe does, we are ready right now."

Putin made this important statement at the VTB "Russia Calling" forum.

"If Europe suddenly starts a war with Russia, a situation could quickly arise where we will have no one to negotiate with," Putin noted.
