

The Federation Council approved a law setting the minimum wage at 27,093 rubles, effective January 1, 2026.
In Bashkortostan, taking into account the Ural coefficient, the minimum wage will be 31,156 rubles 95 kopecks before personal income tax. This means the minimum wage in the region will increase by 21% (to 25,806 rubles in 2025).
