Two new holidays will be established in Russia.

Indigenous Peoples' Day and the Day of Languages ​​of the Peoples of the Russian Federation will be celebrated in the country starting in 2026. President Vladimir Putin signed decrees to this effect.

The date for Indigenous Peoples' Day is April 30, and the Day of Languages ​​of the Peoples of the Russian Federation is September 8.
