A decree from the Bashkortostan government amends the procedure for providing one-time compensation payments. According to the document, 1.5 million rubles will be provided to doctors and 750,000 rubles to paramedics,
as well as midwives and nurses from first-aid posts (FAPs), outpatient clinics, and general practice centers (GPCs) who have come to work in villages, workers' settlements, or urban-type settlements located in remote and hard-to-reach areas.
One million rubles and 500,000 rubles will be provided to paramedics, midwives, and nurses from first-aid posts (FAPs), outpatient clinics, and general practice centers (family medicine) who have come to work in villages and cities with a population of up to 50,000.
The list of districts where the "Zemsky Doctor" and "Zemsky Feldsher" programs operate includes almost all rural municipalities in Bashkortostan, except for those surrounding Ufa.
