Prime Minister of Bashkortostan presented government awards to builders

In his welcoming speech, he noted the contribution of representatives of this profession to the development of the region and the quality of life of its residents, the press service of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan reports.

"Everyone who moves to a new house, who takes a child to a new school, or launches a new plant - they say sincere thanks to these people. Today I awarded the best builders of Bashkortostan - 103 people," Andrey Nazarov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to the head of the regional cabinet of ministers, over the past 6 years, the volume of housing commissioning in the republic has increased by 50% and exceeded the mark of 3.3 million square meters. The per capita housing provision in Bashkortostan exceeded 30 square meters.

"This is better than the national average. We expect that this year we will maintain the volume of commissioning at a level of more than 3 million square meters," added Andrey Nazarov.

To date, Bashkortostan has formed sites for housing construction with an urban development potential of more than 7 million 200 thousand square meters. New territories are being prepared for development, including Zaufimye with a planned volume of commissioned housing of 15 million square meters and Zabelye, with a potential of 16 million square meters of housing. Currently, construction of an engineering network is underway in these territories under the Stimulus program.

The republic's builders are directly involved in the construction of extensive facilities in Bashkortostan. Among them are the Fencing Center, the Wrestling Palace, the first stage of the Inter-University Student Campus, the Genome Center, the Imenlek Gerontology Center, and other projects.

"Everyone in this hall has outstanding achievements and a serious career in the construction industry. I sincerely congratulate you all on your well-deserved awards," Andrey Nazarov summed up.

In total, during the award ceremony, the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan presented awards to 103 representatives of the region's construction industry. In conclusion, he wished them good health, family well-being, and success in their work.
