Vladimir Putin awarded honorary title to professor from Bashkiria

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the presentation of state awards. The list of those awarded included a resident of Bashkiria. For merits in the training of highly qualified specialists, scientific and pedagogical activity, and many years of conscientious work, the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation" was awarded to Professor of the Department of the Bashkir State Agrarian University, Ruzil Avzalov.
