Head of Bashkiria announced cooperation with youth associations’ leaders

“What you are doing is part of the creative industry. These are dancing, video, and festivals, and the creation of theatrical deliveries. Many of you have already begun to turn your hobbies into a profession, and this is great,” the head of the republic said.

During the discussion of issues regarding the activities of informal communities, they raised topics of the development of pop, electronic music, rap and other modern areas of this industry to attract youth and tourists to the region.

The head of the republic spoke about plans to hold a meeting with representatives of the creative musical community, in order to discuss in detail proposals and ideas for the development of an informal cultural environment.

In addition, the meeting talked about the visual arts in Bashkortostan, exhibition activities, the creation of workshops and public spaces for artists. The head of the region noted that in Ufa they would begin to create a museum of contemporary art.

“We have already agreed with the investor, and we plan to build a museum in the historical center of the city. It will become another platform for the implementation of art projects,” said Radiy Khabirov.
