The International Economic Forum started in St. Petersburg, where each participating region demonstrates its merits. The stand of the Republic of Bashkortostan is traditionally one of the most striking at the Forum. It occupied 390 square meters of space, and the highest building reaches 4.5 meters. This is one of the towers in the model of the Eurasian Scientific and Educational Center, which is larger than a person's height. The composition of the stand is built around the campus.
The negotiation areas are a miniature Ufa Wrestling Palace and the BSC plant. The Sterlitamak enterprise reflects the industrial sector of Bashkortostan, with which the region occupies a leading position in Russia. The unique Wrestling Palace represents significant sporting achievements and facilities, in terms of their number, Bashkortostan is the third in the country after the capital.
The stand showcases the National Cyber-Physical Platform "Berloga," created by Bashkortostan developers, which is actively used in training young engineers nationwide. It features English and Chinese interfaces and has already reached an international level.
The core of "Berloga" is a bear. At the stand, the platform is represented by two bright characters: a beekeeper bear in futuristic honey armor, 6.5 meters high, already familiar from previous years of the SPIEF, and a new character - a chemist bear from the plant of JSC "Roskhim". This is the hero of the game "Berloga: Chemical Plant", which will be shown for the first time on the sidelines of the SPIEF.
According to the organizers, the mascots symbolize the soul of Bashkortostan—a hospitable and dynamically developing region where the best honey in the world is collected. The bee swarm personifies achievements, cohesion, and a team united to achieve great results. Separate zones of the stand are traditionally dedicated to the culture, natural resources, and tourism opportunities of Bashkortostan. The entire exposition expresses the idea of calm strength and confident development of Bashkortostan - a reliable partner and an open space for the implementation of bold innovative ideas, the press service of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan noted.
Traditionally, the SPIEF has become the leading platform for discussing the global economy and exchanging best practices. It is expected that this year, Bashkiria will sign more than 30 agreements, totaling nearly 100 billion rubles. Examples of large projects that began on the sidelines of the SPIEF were previously given.
