The head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, will meet with the heads of the country's regions, representatives of friendly states, and managers of domestic and foreign companies on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, and will also sign several strategic agreements.
"Traditionally, we have a busy work program. Negotiations with a large number of investors are planned in the field of logistics, agriculture, and other industries. This is one of the main tasks that we set during the visit. Of course, we want to present the potential of Bashkortostan at the highest level. We are also waiting for the results of the National Investment Climate Rating to understand the effectiveness of our work in this area," Khabirov's press service quotes him as saying.
The SPIEF is emerging as a premier platform for discussing the global economy and exchanging best practices. It is expected that this year, the republic will sign more than 30 agreements, totaling almost 100 billion rubles. Examples of large projects that began in the fields of PEMF were given earlier.
