The Parliament of Bashkiria will oversee the implementation of national projects in the republic. The corresponding order was signed by the Chairman of the State Assembly, Konstantin Tolkachev. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin called for parliamentary oversight of the implementation of national projects. He made the relevant statement during his speech at the Council of Legislators in April 2025.
According to Konstantin Tolkachev, dozens of regional projects with a planning horizon up to 2030 are being implemented in Bashkiria as part of national projects. The goal of these initiatives should not be just numbers in reports, but real achievements — repaired roads, renovated entrances, clean air, quality healthcare, and more. Significant budgetary funds are being allocated for the implementation of national projects. Deputies plan to monitor the quality of project implementation and the spending efficiency. The relevant parliamentary committees are expected to take control over specific areas.
Earlier, Bashinform reported that in the first quarter, Bashkiria attracted 34.7 billion rubles from the federal budget to implement national projects.
