

On May 20, in Ufa, Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilev, who is in the republic on a working visit, and the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov took part in the opening of the Russian petrochemical forum and exhibition "Gas. Oil. Technologies".
350 companies from 40 Russian regions presented their advanced technologies at the exhibition. Leading industry experts, industrialists, and scientists, as well as delegations from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Algeria, Belarus, Cameroon, Jordan, Palestine, and Cuba, were among the forum's guests.
The Head of Bashkortostan congratulated the participants and guests on the start of the oil and gas forum and noted the high interest in it from domestic and foreign companies and experts at various levels.
The country's Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilev noted the enormous role of the republic's industry in the formation and development of the Russian oil and gas sector.
Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia, Mikhail Yurin, emphasized the relevance of implementing the national project "New Materials and Chemistry" by 2025.
