The head of Bashkiria congratulated the Orthodox residents of the republic on Easter. On his social media, Radiy Khabirov wrote:

“In the friendly family of peoples and religions of Bashkortostan, the Russian Orthodox Church, together with representatives of other faiths, plays a huge role in strengthening spiritual and moral values, preserving the rich cultural heritage.

In difficult times, it is faith that helps to overcome trials, both on the battlefield and in the rear. I thank everyone who, with prayers and good deeds, supports the participants in the special military operation and their loved ones, as well as everyone who needs care and attention.

The head of Bashkiria, along with his wife, attended a festive service at the Church of the Resurrection of Christ, followed by a religious procession.
