Head of Bashkortostan met with Deputy Minister of Labor Dmitry Platygin

The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, met with Dmitry Platygin, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Russia. Let us recall, as previously reported by Bashinform, he arrived in Ufa to participate in the regional stage of the All-Russian employment fair "Proffest. Work of Russia. Time of Opportunities." Since 2025, it has been held within the framework of the federal project "Man of Labor" of the national project "Personnel".

As reported by the press service of the region's head, at the meeting, they discussed issues of developing cooperation between the republic and the country's Ministry of Labor, as well as the development of the vocational education system and personnel provision in economic sectors. The Head of Bashkortostan noted the ministry's support for the implementation of socially significant initiatives. In particular, we are talking about modernizing employment centers, which are launched in the format of personnel centers called "Work of Russia".

There are already 50 updated centers operating in the republic. Completion of modernizing another 18 offices is planned for 2025. Radiy Khabirov said that the republic is actively working with young people, who are increasingly choosing educational institutions in Bashkortostan to receive vocational education. An essential step in this regard was the program for modernizing the region's colleges, which has been in effect for three years.

In addition, to provide leading industrial enterprises with personnel in 2025, the republic increased the target figures for college admissions by 2,000 budget places. The head of the region emphasized that attracting specialists also depends on the employers themselves. It is necessary to establish decent salaries, social support measures, and comfortable working conditions. Many companies are already successfully developing in this direction.

The Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Russia highly praised the effectiveness of Bashkortostan's personnel policy.
