Prime Minister of Bashkortostan met with Kurultai deputies

Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov held a traditional meeting with deputies of the State Assembly—Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan and their chairman, Konstantin Tolkachev. Participants believe that this format allows them to discuss last year's results and discuss the prospects for the Cabinet's work.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister recalled that industrial production in 2024 grew by 5.4%, compared to an average Russian figure of 4.6%. Manufacturing played the main role in the growth of the industrial sector, with a production index that increased by 8.1%. Good dynamics are also noted in the agro-industrial complex and construction.

Despite the rains, agriculture grew by 0.8%, while the country as a whole's figure decreased by 3.2%. The Bashkortostan agro-industrial complex produced goods worth 250 billion rubles. The construction industry added 8% to RUB 0.5 trillion: 3.3 million square meters of housing were commissioned—more than in 2023.

The region maintains high consumer activity. Retail turnover exceeded RUB 1.5 trillion - plus 12.3% compared to 2023 (7.2% in the country).

The volume of investments in fixed assets increased by 9.7% and amounted to RUB 783.8 billion.

The average monthly salary in the republic increased by 18.3% to RUB 67.6 thousand, and the unemployment rate decreased to 1.4%.

The Prime Minister also noted the high level of interaction between the regional government and the deputy corps. In 2024, the deputies considered 52 bills.

This includes laws exempting volunteers and mobilized personnel and their families from paying transport tax. The exemption on transport tax on equipment assigned to special motor transport formations has been extended for a year. The monthly allowance for the maintenance of orphans and children left without parental care has been indexed by 18.5%.

Schoolchildren from large families living in urban areas have been granted the right to free travel on public transport.

The socio-economic and infrastructural development of certain republican territories has been ensured. A temporary exemption from paying property tax for organizations has been established in Agidel. Reduced rates have been introduced for the tax levied in connection with the application of a simplified taxation system.
