Russian President Vladimir Putin supported the idea of ​​combat veteran Svetlana Grishanova to create a single standard of support for the families of SMO participants in all regions.

Svetlana Grishanova addressed the head of state with a proposal to define a basic set of social support measures that would apply to all regions. According to the woman, a single set would not require significant financial investments. Still, it would be essential for all categories of military personnel participating in the special military operation and their family members.

“Indeed, support is provided differently in each region. I don’t know if it’s possible to do everything the same. But it’s possible to generalize what’s happening in the regions. We need to generalize and create some common standard. Then, we can add something to this standard that our colleagues from the regions consider appropriate and important for this particular region. We’ll need to discuss this at the State Council. We’re meeting with the heads of the regions, there are special groups there that work in specific areas. I’ll ask my colleagues to do this work. "Thank you for the idea," said Vladimir Putin.

Today, on the eve of March 8, Vladimir Putin met with employees and wards of the state fund for supporting participants in the special military operation "Defenders of the Fatherland."
