

Lyubov Minakova has been appointed Minister of Transport and Road Facilities of Bashkortostan. Previously, she headed the department as an acting minister. The corresponding decree of the Head of Bashkortostan was signed today, January 24.
Lyubov Minakova was born in 1981 in Anadyr. She graduated from St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University with the qualification "economist." She has extensive experience in road transport companies and executive authorities. From April 2022 to May 2024, she was Deputy Minister of Transport and Road Facilities of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Since May 2024, she has been Acting Minister.
