More than 60 bills were included in State Assembly spring session

The State Assembly—Kurultai of Bashkortostan—will consider at least 63 Republican bills during the spring session of 2025, as announced by the Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Konstantin Tolkachev.

"We plan to consider a fundamentally new basic bill "On legal information and legal education in the Republic of Bashkortostan." The draft law "On the development of agriculture in the Republic of Bashkortostan" is also being prepared - a very relevant topic in the current socio-economic realities. Work is underway to improve the current legislation: it is planned to amend the laws on the Constitutional Council of Bashkortostan, on the referendum, on the republic's participation in public-private partnership projects, on state support for large families, and others. The boundaries of individual districts of the republic will also be adjusted," the speaker explained. In addition, a whole package of documents is being prepared to implement the Address of the Head of the region, Radiy Khabirov, to the State Assembly. According to Tolkachev, the implementation of these initiatives is a priority.

"The proposals include 55 points related to the key theses of the Address. Public discussions are also planned on the draft law "On the execution of the budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2024," Tolkachev noted.
