Radiy Khabirov summed up Council for Culture and Art Development results

At the end of the Council for Culture meeting, the Head of Bashkortostan thanked the participants for the constructive dialogue. It noted that the decisions taken by the Council would be formalized in the final protocol for their subsequent implementation. The head of the region also presented the best figures of culture and art with state awards of the republic.

“We regularly meet in this format to understand how our creative community is developing and determine together how we can help you. I want to congratulate you on the upcoming New Year and wish your families good health, peace, and prosperity,” Radiy Khabirov said.

The head of the region summarized the main results of a conversation with a journalist from Bashinform.

“I think it turned out to be a very businesslike communication. The Council helps to understand what issues concern our creative intelligentsia. Accordingly, my task is to assist in forming state orders for those works that are of interest to our residents and the entire Russian society. It so happens that the largest creative groups and cultural facilities are concentrated in our capital, Ufa. And 4 million people live in the republic. Therefore, our artists must travel to the regions where premieres and productions are highly anticipated. At the same time, we are putting rural cultural centers, halls, and clubs in order. In general, this is a large amount of work, which we are also systematically carrying out,” said Radiy Khabirov.
